Customer Service Training
Here at Total Air Services we strive to provide our customers with the best service possible. Earlier this month our entire staff completed a 15-hour customer service training program. The program focused on learning how to interpret customer’s specific needs, and how to assist them. Our technicians and office staff role played and acted out scenarios where they assisted customers who were unsure of what services they needed or who had become disgruntled after negative experiences with other contracting companies. This type of training is imperative to making sure that all Total Air customers are welltaken care of; we want to ensure that all of customers feel how much our company appreciates their business.
