I, also , would like to say a LOT about about Mr. Luis Hernandez. I'm still in shock how he treated my husband and I. He answered every question we had , paused , and asked if we had any other questions so far. He did not move on until everything was crystal clear. He chatted with us , but when it was business he quickly became serious yet EXTREMELY patient. I know I asked the same question at least 3 times . He didn't treat us like silly people. Believe me that's huge. I must have texted Mr . Hernandez at least a dozen times . He quickly responded. Forgive me for repeating myself but he never lost his patience with us . Look I know I'm rambling but I want , you all, to know you'll get the best of care from Luis. When he said he / his associates would be at our home at what time he /they were. Now Luis told us if he's not at least 10 minutes early ...... he's late.
Come on where do you get that kind of care ANYWHERE? Okay I'll stop now. Lol Thank you!
