"Last spring Total Air replaced my evaporative cooler and old heating system with a refrigerated unit and new furnace. My experience with this company has been outstanding every step of the way. From initially setting up an estimate with their technician Luis, who is very knowledgeable and explained the whole process clearly and professionally. Their installation process was quick and very professional. I've also called them when I had an issue with my furnace (issue from manufacturer)on its initial use. They sent out Joe and Manny who were both great and made sure they fixed the problem completely, which was free of charge because of warranty. Also today, Joe came out for spring service. Joe consistently goes above and beyond to inform me on best practices to ensure longevity of my unit. Overall, I highly recomend this company for all your cooling and heating needs."
